TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation policy – Our guests can freely cancel any reservation until 7 days before their
arrival. After this date, Casa Ela will keep 50% of the price of the reservation.

Privacy policy – Casa Ela only uses guests’ data to process transactions and handle
reservations. Moreover, the day of the arrival, as every accommodation, Casa Ela must
register its guest by collecting their personal identification. None of the aforementioned
data is stored by Casa Ela.

Additional fees – Casa Ela reminds its guests that the City of Sorrento applies to every
non-resident visitor, in a period usually between May and October, a tourist tax equivalent
to 4€ per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 days. Casa Ela is required to collect this
tax, which does not represent in any way a source income for the structure.
